“Microtopia Blooms”
Program Overview:
The “Microtopia Blooms” rewards program is our way of thanking our loyal customers. You earn Blooms (points) for every dollar you spend at Chianina Microtopia, both online and at the farm. These Blooms can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Earning Blooms:
- Earning Rate: Earn 1 Bloom for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Eligible Purchases:
- You-Pick Zinnia Field entry fees.
- Market garden produce (vegetables, herbs, fruits).
- Native plants from the nursery.
- Future: Duck and chicken eggs (when available).
- Future: Value-added products (when available).
- Exclusions:
- Consulting services.
- Taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
- Gift card purchases (Blooms are earned when the gift card is used, not when it’s purchased).
- Any items specifically designated as non-eligible.
- Earning Methods:
- Online Purchases: Blooms are automatically added to your account after your order is completed. You must be logged into your account to earn Blooms.
- In-Person Purchases: Provide your registered email address or phone number at checkout to have Blooms added to your account.
- Birthday Bonus: Receive 25 bonus Blooms on your birthday! (You must have your birthday entered in your account profile).
- Referral Bonus: Refer a friend, and both of you earn 10 bonus blooms. Referred friend must make a purchase to make this effective.
- Social Media Bonus: Earn bonus blooms for joining our social media accounts, bonus may vary.
Redeeming Blooms:
- Redemption Value: 1 Bloom = $0.05 discount (e.g., 50 Blooms = $2.50 discount).
- Minimum Redemption: A minimum of 50 Blooms is required for redemption.
- Redemption Process:
- Online: During checkout, you’ll have the option to apply your available Blooms to your order.
- In-Person: Inform the cashier that you want to redeem Blooms, and provide your account information.
- Restrictions:
- Blooms cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Blooms cannot be transferred to another account.
- Blooms may have an expiration date (see below).
- Blooms cannot be used for consulting services.

Eligibility: The Microtopia Blooms rewards program is open to all Chianina Microtopia customers who create an account on our website or provide their information in person.
Enrollment: Enrollment is automatic when you create an online account. For in-person enrollment, provide your email address or phone number at checkout.
Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. You can update your information online or by contacting us.
Bloom Expiration: Blooms expire 12 months after they are earned.
Modifications and Termination: Chianina Microtopia reserves the right to modify or terminate the Microtopia Blooms program, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to earning rates, redemption values, eligible purchases, and expiration policies. Any changes will be posted on the website.
Abuse of Program: Chianina Microtopia reserves the right to terminate any account and/or deduct Blooms if we believe a customer has abused the program, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated these Terms.
No Cash Value: Blooms have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
